Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: June 16, 2025
Company: KUBRA Media Solutions

1. Services Provided

KUBRA Media Solutions offers web design, paid advertising (including but not limited to Meta ads), search engine optimization (SEO), and branding services to clients located in Canada.

2. Engagement and Payment Terms

Projects typically require a 60% deposit before work begins. The remaining 40% is due upon project completion. Work will commence once a signed agreement is received from both parties outlining project scope, timelines, payment schedule, and responsibilities. In the event of cancellation, a portion of the initial deposit will be retained to reflect the amount of work completed.

3. Project Timelines

Timelines vary depending on project scope and will be clearly defined during the consultation phase and stated in the contract. KUBRA Media Solutions is committed to meeting agreed deadlines as long as the client meets their obligations (e.g., providing content, feedback, approvals, etc.).

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all rights to the final website, branding assets, or advertising creatives are transferred to the client. KUBRA Media Solutions does not retain ownership of any completed work unless otherwise stated in the signed agreement.

5. Maintenance & Support

KUBRA Media Solutions is not responsible for website performance, security, or uptime unless the client subscribes to a monthly maintenance package. In such cases, responsibility and scope of maintenance will be outlined in a separate agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

KUBRA Media Solutions shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of the website, advertising campaigns, or other services rendered. Liability is limited to the total fees paid by the client for the respective project or service.

7. Termination

If either party chooses to terminate the agreement before completion, a partial refund or retention of the deposit will be calculated based on the portion of work completed up to that point. Specific conditions for termination and refunds are detailed in the signed project agreement.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada.
